Since 1996 Therma-Lock Portable Buildings has been manufacturing and delivering high quality steel and wood buildings. All buildings are manufactured in Princeton, Texas and either transported or assembled on the customer's site. Since we manufacture our own buildings we are able apply more control to both quality of materials and construction design. 29 gauge steel is used in all metal building construction, as well as addtional bracing, thicker flooring, and better quality windows and doors. The finish on the steel is guaranteed not to chip or fade for 20 years. Both wood and steel buildings are constructed to very close tolerances helping to deny access to critters and bugs. Our wooden buildings also utilize additional bracing, thicker flooring and higher quality windows. As a result, our buildings stand the test of time and we stand behind each one: If we make a mistake in constructing or assembling the building, we will make it right … it's that simple. And because we manufacture our own buildings we are able to assemble them on site allowing the location of buildings that could not be delivered and installed due to difficult access or close siting. This also allows us to offer lower prices than our competitors.
